Terms of use
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Fiminder app and this website. By downloading, installing or using Fiminder, you agree to them.
What Fiminder is:
Fiminder is a bill reminder app. It helps you track payments you owe and reminds you before they're due. It is a personal organisation tool — not a bank, not a payment processor, and not a financial advisor. It does not move money, does not connect to your bank or card accounts, and nothing you enter is verified against a real bill or account.
Using the app
You may use Fiminder for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
-
reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app;
-
use the app for anything unlawful; or
-
attempt to interfere with how it works, including the purchase or trial system.
Fiminder, its name, its icon and its design are owned by Rishabh Aggarwal and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Free Trial
New installs get 14 days of full access with no card required and no store purchase involved. The trial is tracked on your device from the day you install — it is not a store-managed trial, does not require payment details up front, and does not automatically charge you anything when it ends. When it ends, some features return to the free tier until you choose a paid plan.
Purchases and Subscription
Fiminder offers:
-
Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks paid features for as long as you use the app. Not a subscription; it does not renew or charge again.
-
Monthly — an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks paid features for as long as it's active.
Both are billed and managed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on your Apple ID or Google account. Fiminder never sees or stores your payment details.
-
Auto-renewal: the Monthly plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You'll be charged for the next period within that 24-hour window.
-
Managing or cancelling: handled through your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions) — not inside Fiminder, which has no account system to cancel one through.
-
Refunds: all payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their own policies — see Apple's refund request page or Google Play's refund policy.
-
Restoring a purchase: since there's no account or login, a past purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account rather than a username. Use "Restore a purchase" on the paywall on a new phone or after a reinstall, signed into the same account you bought with.
No warranty
Fiminder is provided "as is." We build it carefully and test reminders before they ship, but we cannot guarantee every notification will always arrive, that timing will always be exact, or that the app is free of bugs — operating systems, Focus modes, battery optimisation and device settings outside our control can all affect whether and how a reminder is delivered. Fiminder is a reminder, not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for paying your bills on time regardless of whether or when a notification arrives.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any late fees, missed payments, or other loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Fiminder, including a reminder that didn't arrive. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update the app, these terms, or the pricing described on the app's pricing screen from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we'll say so in the app's release notes or on this page. Continuing to use Fiminder after a change means you accept it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Fiminder at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or a feature of it, with reasonable notice — for example if a platform we depend on changes what's possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
